Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Jalaram Chiki. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while you explore, evaluate, and purchase our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our store. By placing an order or making a purchase at Jalaram Chiki, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (Chiki, snacks, and confectionery), we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at deep.chotai3@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging
- A description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if approved for return), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For food items, we typically offer a replacement for damaged goods rather than a traditional exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return or evidence of damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is not due to our error (e.g., if you provided the wrong address). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
