Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jalaram Chiki. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons like Diwali), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to provide the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options for our customers.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Domestic Shipping: 2-4 business days.
  • Local Delivery (Rajkot): 1-2 business days.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or weather conditions beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jalaram Chiki is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic orders within India, GST is included in the product price or calculated at checkout as per government regulations.

Damages

Jalaram Chiki is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, we do want to helpβ€”please email us photos of the damage so we can assist you in the process.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship outside of India; however, shipping rates and delivery times vary significantly based on the destination. Please note that food products are subject to the import regulations of your country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Chiki/confectionery products are allowed for import into their specific country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. Any costs incurred for re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.
